Withdrawal Card Request

If you are off the job for one calendar month or more, please be sure to request a withdrawal card from Local 223. An honorable withdrawal card ensures you will not have to pay an initiation fee if/when you return to work or obtain new employment with another Teamster employer. You are eligible for a withdrawal card if you are a member in good standing at the time of your departure. Please be advised, there may be a transfer fee (which will be lower than an initiation fee) if you become a member of a different Teamster Local Union.
